The Weight Is Over

DEVILED EGGS WITH CURRY and SHRIMP 12 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled ½ c. Mayonnaise 1 tsp. mild or medium Curry Powder 2 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice Salt to taste 24 small Cooked Shrimp 2 tbsp. Chopped Chives 3 or 4 Lettuce Leafs Carefully slice the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolk with a small spoon and put in a small mixing bowl. Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, curry powder, lime juice and salt. Mix well and spoon into the egg halves. Top each with a shrimp and some chives. Line a serving dish with the lettuce and arrange the eggs on top.
